We’re Steven Young (42) and Linda Hall (40). We booked a Central Jaco Airbnb Vacation Rental and never looked back.

Our four: Went Deep Sea Fishing, Jaco Vice Nightclub, el Hicaco Restaurant, and a slow loop through Jaco Walk Open Air Shops. Every person we met acted like a neighbor.

Herradura, Playa Hermosa, and Esterillos gave us variety without stress. Taxis and Ubers handled spontaneity; the bus kept things easy and safe.

Someone pointed out macaws; we stopped talking just to watch.

At night the town felt tuned to our speed—fun without pressure, and safe to stroll back.

Jaco earned a spot on our repeat list. Next time, longer.
